Okay, I'm in a lot of pain right now. My teeth hurt!
I endured two years of braces as a kid -- and, now I'm doing it again.
Let this be a lesson to all -- WEAR YOUR RETAINERS RELIGIOUSLY!
I didn't, and now I will be wearing Invisalign for the next year to straighten out my bottom teeth -- which have become crooked over the years.
If you're not familiar with Invisalign, it's impressive orthodontic technology.
They're basically clear moldings of your teeth -- that you switch out every two weeks as your teeth start to move back into place.
You wear them all of the time, except for when you eat and brush your teeth.
In my case, I take them out for two hours in the morning -- so, that I can actually speak during Daybreak.
The upper mold gives me a lisp --so, I'll spare you from that.
For rest of the year...it's going to be toothaches for me...and Tylenol to the rescue -- with the end result, hopefully, being perfectly straight teeth.
This time, once I end my treatment -- I WILL faithfully wear my retainer.
Learn from my mistake and save yourself some time and money!
P.S. If this process interests you check out

P.S.S....... DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE "WASTE NOT" CELEBRITY CHEF CHALLENGE!
Please visit Joe's Farm Grill in Gilbert, anytime this April.
Order "Daybreak Waffle and Ribs" or "Rebecca and Jenn's Pig out Platter" -- and the restaurant will donate half of the proceeds to Waste Not...which distributes perishable foods to valley food banks.
