Daybreak Daily

Love who you work with...

This morning on Daybreak, we told you about a new study regarding stress in the workplace.

Researchers say it can result in people indulging in too much comfort food...binging on sugar...skipping exercise..excessive drinking and lack of sleep.

All of this, of course, exacerbates the problem -- leading to more absenteeism and reduced job productivity.

Well, Kaley made a really good point today: when you like your co-workers, work is so much less stressful.

I couldn't agree more!

We really have lucked out on Daybreak.

We have a great team of people -- in front of the camera and behind it.

Of course, Jenn, Kaley, Andi and I work closely together -- in front of a live audience five days a week.

You'd think that there'd be some cattiness among female co-workers.

Well, I can assure you that's not the case here. We all really like each other!

In fact, I can't image a greater group of gals to work with --  and be friends with.

We all share a passion for news -- and a passion for fun...which I'm sure you've noticed from time to time.

How awful would it be to go to work and dread who you have to spend eight hours with?

I am SO thankful I have a career and colleagues I LOVE!

The friendliness you share is apparent on screen.  You are all very lucky to be working with each other.
